We are a UK-wide charity at the heart of a network of employers and educators who all believe that every young person, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to enjoy a rewarding future. In a society where the odds are stacked against young people, we inspire employers to trust, nurture and believe in young talent. Since 2002, we’ve connected 150,000 young people with employers and volunteers in the world of work. We’ve been able to do this through our UK-wide network of employers, volunteers, schools, and colleges. Together, we transform young lives, boost social mobility, and give undiscovered talent a platform from on which to flourish. Despite our success so far, our journey doesn’t end here.
