Our Mission Bridge the gap between education and jobs + Facilitate one-on-one knowledge, wisdom, and experience-sharing sessions + Engage students and industry professionals = Build better careers. Inspired by the concept of the traditional Gurukul form of education, CBC recreates an ecosystem where Industry Professionals and College Students coexist in a friendly atmosphere. These Career Buddies assist students to plan their careers based on their personalities, skills, and strengths. Career Buddy Club divisions- Career Buddy Fest- Global Fest for Students to attend career sessions, engage in resume workshops, build businesses, apply for jobs in companies, pitch their startup to incubators/investors and network with industry professionals. Career Buddy 1On1- Peer-to-Peer Personalized sessions between students and employers/mentors/industry professionals to concentrate on their personal growth. Career Buddy Jobs- Entry-level jobs & internships for students with no prior experience.
