We’re a 24/7 telemonitoring and response service, proudly backed by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. We’re here around the clock, every day of the year, responding to falls and emergencies across the Stockport borough. As of 2026, we’re proud to offer the same trusted monitoring service nationwide, giving more people access to reliable support at home. Our customers use a range of telecare equipment, such as personal alarms and monitoring sensors, to let us know when something’s wrong. Alerts are received by our UK based call centre, where a friendly Carecall Officer responds and arranges the appropriate support. This might be the emergency services, a trusted contact such as a family member or carer, or one of our own Carecall Officers who can attend the home and help someone back up safely. Our service is available for everyone, from those who own their own homes, to residents of private rented accommodation as well as housing association tenants.
