Care Options is a not for profit organisation delivering a range of in-home and community care services to people who need support to live independently in their own home and in their community. We offer a range of in-home services and centre based day care services in metropolitan Western Australia, these include: •Home Care •Personal Care •Transportation •Social Support •Day Centres •Respite Care for Carers •Veterans Home Care •Support with Housing •Melville Seniors Assistance Fund We also offer Regional Assessment Services to South West metropolitan WA and three regions of metropolitan South Australia. Whatever services are required, we are committed to supporting individuals to engage meaningfully in their communities. Our philosophy of care enables people to optimise their level of independence.
