121Care Inc. - empowering people with disability 121 Care is a fully accredited, not for profit organisation that has been providing disability support services on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas for nearly 25 years. Our aim is to provide the most flexible lifestyle for clients that will enable them to be as independent as possible. We offer 24/7 support services, assistance accessing educational and social opportunities and advocacy for people with a disability. Our services include holiday and respite care, access to a wheelchair accessible vehicle and promotion of the unique Bikechair - http://121care.org.au/bike-chair/ 121 Care offers clients to be able to choose their own carers, choose their own roster (shift times and personal needs), manage their own roster and carers (complete control), permanent carers, and client representation on the Management Committee (60% clients, 70% lived experience of disability).
