Care Connexions Inc Information

Formed in June, 1998 by David Hodges, MD and Laurie Sullivan, RN, Care Connexions, Inc. is a health care monitoring and communication company. We sell CareCallTM, a telephone based patient contact and management tool. We extend the reach of the physician into the home, strengthening and improving the physician-patient relationship. CareCall is used by nurses to place outbound calls to patients. The results of the call are captured in our secure data base and summarized for the physician's review. The CareCall product was developed by physicians with many years of experience in the health care industry who understand the pressures imposed by today's health care environment.
