Cardiowell helps close that gap with connected blood pressure monitoring, AI-supported patient engagement, clinical workflows, and physician-led hypertension management services. The Cardiowell platform combines a cellular blood pressure device, BP Buddy patient support, remote-monitoring dashboards, care-team tools, and personalized treatment pathways. Patients can take readings from home without Bluetooth pairing or app setup, while care teams receive timely data, trends, alerts, and actionable insights to support better follow-up and medication optimization. Cardiowell supports multiple models of care, including remote patient monitoring, primary care co-management, specialty hypertension support, and direct-to-consumer virtual hypertension care through Cardiowell 360. Our goal is to help clinicians identify uncontrolled blood pressure sooner, engage patients between visits, and deliver more personalized, data-driven care at scale.
