Established in 2002. Serving the western Lake Minnetonka area with traditional thin crust pizza, a large assortment of beer, and a great night life! Carbone's Pizzeria opened up in 2002. In 2003, Dailey's Pub opened up right next door. In 2012, my Brother and I remodeled both sides to make it one BIG restaurant. Today, it is known as Carbone's Pizzeria Bar & Grill.
