Carbon Cause is a venture initiative that was launched by Nexwell in 2020. The company is in the business of developing mass underground storage for CO₂ to reduce and displace greenhouse gases from the atmosphere into the ground. The Company’s first commercial scale initiative is its Green Pulse project, which is an onshore carbon capture and storage project in Southern Spain. By developing and implementing Green Pulse, Carboncause will be the first large scale onshore saline aquifer storage initiative in continental Europe, demonstrating the viability for safe and sustainable onshore carbon storage projects.
