CaptionCube is a Singapore-based social enterprise providing trusted language and real-time communication services for organisations where accuracy, reliability, and context matter. Since 2015, we have delivered professional subtitling, translation, transcription, and real-time captioning and translation services for public agencies, educational institutions, research organisations, and media partners — including long-term work with Singapore’s national broadcaster, Mediacorp, and appointment under the Whole-of-Government (WOG) Translation & Related Services Period Contract. With over 5,000 hours of subtitling and 1,500 hours of transcription delivered, we are trusted for our accuracy, consistency, and deep understanding of Singapore’s multilingual and multicultural context, with experience across Southeast Asian languages and accents. As we enter our second decade, CaptionCube is growing with AI, grounded in trust. We integrate responsible, AI-enabled workflows with rigorous human editorial oversight, ensuring that efficiency and scale never come at the expense of linguistic nuance, contextual accuracy, or accountability.
