Caption Consulting Information

Caption Consulting is a concierge, boutique accessibility agency serving the d/Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community. Grounded in more than a decade of experience and deep roots in d/Deaf Culture, we approach accessibility through a community-centered lens. We bring interpreting and captioning together through one coordinated team, simplifying accessibility services for our clients. Our multilingual services include CART and TypeWell captioning, ASL interpreting, post-production, audio description, text-to-speech, transcription, translation, and educational consulting. Our network of over four hundred providers includes CART and TypeWell captionists, sign language interpreters, post-production team, and most recently court reporters. From K–12 and higher education to corporations, nonprofits, events, and conferences, we deliver communication access that is accurate, human, and complete. Woman-owned and built on a trusted network of accessibility professionals, we provide expert guidance, seamless coordination, and personalized support for every client.
