Capstone Method Information

The Capstone Method is the official bodywork segment of the Downstream to Wellness Whole Wellness Program. Capstone is an eclectic system of hands on healing based on "structural principles", which essentially translates: balancing the body from the ground up leads to dramatic healing throughout the individual being treated. One of the keys of the Capstone Method is consistently testing to confirm effectiveness as we work. Using simple evaluative techniques it's possible to witness the success of our own treatments.
