Capstone Development Partners, LLC (CDP) is exclusively focused on the development of student housing on campus or near campus and is widely recognized as a leader in university-affiliated P3 development. Guided by principals William Davis, Bruce McKee, and Jeff Jones, CDP has been purposefully built for continuity. Over decades of work, they have not only delivered impactful student housing communities but have intentionally developed the next generation of leaders inside the organization, transferring knowledge, sharpening perspective, and embedding values that now drive the company forward. That foundation made possible CDP’s strategic alignment with Lincoln Property Company, accelerating our ability to serve university partners with greater scale, shared vision, and long-term stewardship.
