Capstan Partners Information

I founded Capstan Partners because I saw how much good coaching could offer doctors and healthcare professionals, particularly in a system where there is rarely enough time or space to stop, think and work out what really matters. Burnout is heartbreakingly still so prevalent. I remain curious about how coaching and coaching education helps people grow, change and do their best work, and I love working alongside people who are willing to think deeply about themselves and how they lead. Today, we work with clinicians, healthcare leaders and organisations across Australia and New Zealand, providing coaching, coach education and leadership development. We bring together evidence, professional coaching expertise and a genuine understanding of healthcare. But most importantly, we try to keep our work human, practical and relevant to the realities of people's working lives. I care a lot about doing this work well: with rigour, generosity and respect for the complexity of being a person working in healthcare. We know coaching can help people think more clearly, navigate complexity, have better conversations and make changes that matter.
