CAPS School is a non-academic educational institution that includes Civil and Political School, CAPS Business School and CAPS Corporate Academy. It has a mission to provide effective learning solutions for leaders in the field of public administration and business, as well as for organizations striving to develop their workforce through fostering a learning culture. We create a uniquely tailored learning experience based on challenging topics in public administration, business, and employee development through modern learning design and an international community of mentors. CAPS was founded after the Revolution of Dignity in 2014 as Civil and Political School to respond to the enormous talent gap in the government sector. As the first School of Public Administration in Ukraine, we are dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and skills to make sound decisions in state governance. CAPS Business School was introduced in 2018 with a mission to change the business education landscape with an innovative and learner-centric vision.
