CAPRI Engineering provides building code administration, building code compliance inspections and plan review services to municipalities, school districts, state universities and community colleges throughout the state of Florida. The highly skilled, trained and talented staff of Registered Engineers, Architects, Certified Building Officials/Building Code Administrators, Plan Examiners and Inspectors has the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide the entire scope of services for building/structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections and plan review. For over 25 years, we have provided educational facilities and municipalities all over the country with professional plans review and inspection services. Our 300+ professional staff are certified under Florida Statutes §471, 481, 468 Part XII and are well versed in all applicable building codes having jurisdiction, local technical and administrative amendments. Our staff routinely performs all mandatory building code inspections and plan review services to ensure structures and building systems are constructed in accordance with the provisions of the governing codes regulating construction.
