Capps Construction Information

Capps Construction is a residential general contractor serving Del Mar, California, with 20 years of building experience and one simple promise: when you call, you get the owner. We're one crew for everything in your home, so you don't have to coordinate a dozen different trades. Whether you're updating a single room or reworking the whole house, we handle the planning, permits, scheduling and construction from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. WHAT WE BUILD - Kitchen and bathroom remodels - Whole-home renovations - Room additions and ADUs - Concrete, foundations and retaining walls - Driveways, pavers and hardscape - Decks, pergolas and patio covers - Outdoor kitchens and outdoor living spaces - Artificial turf and landscape construction - Repairs and improvements other contractors won't touch WHY HOMEOWNERS CHOOSE US - You deal directly with the owner, not a salesperson or a call center - One crew and one point of contact from start to finish - Free, no-pressure estimates - Careful craftsmanship and durable materials, built to last - Straight answers about scope, schedule and what to expect HOW WE WORK Every project starts with a walkthrough at your home. We listen to what you want, look at what the space needs, and talk through the options before any work begins. Then we build it the way we'd want it built in our own home, and we don't call it done until you're happy with it. Del Mar homes ask a lot of a contractor: coastal weather, tight lots, and owners who care about the details. We plan for all of it, from the foundation and concrete to the finish work and the outdoor spaces you'll use every day. Ready to start your project? Call or message us for a free estimate.
