Capius Consulting serves emerging companies and private equity firms. We help clients create the corporate infrastructure (finance, IT, HR, and legal) to help them grow, manage risk and get ready for the next stage in their strategy. Capius also assists private equity firms with financial due diligence for portfolio investments and with readying portfolio companies for exit transactions. Ed Scheuer founded Capius Consulting following a career that spans over 20 years. He was a partner in the Life Sciences practice of Strategic Decisions Group, and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He was also Regional Managing Director of Protiviti's Pacific Northwest practice and head of that firm's Life Sciences industry group. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in the UK and with Arthur Andersen in the United States. He has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
