Founded in 1978, Capitol Services provides Registered Agent, Corporate and Uniform Commercial Code services to legal and financial professionals nationwide. More than 25 percent of our client service representatives have 10+ years tenure with Capitol Services, and our specialized teams allow our staff to be fully trained on all of the ins and outs of their field.
