Capitalia is the leading advisor and financer for small and medium enterprises in the Baltic sea region. Operating since 2007 we have funded more than 5,000 businesses investing over EUR 100 million in their development. For businesses we provide bridge, mezzanine, project and other type of loan products, along with factoring (invoice purchasing) and leasing. We are one of the regional pioneers in venture debt facilities to fast growing start-ups to whom we also offer equity investments from our managed alternative investment funds. In addition to funding, we are experienced corporate finance advisors with speciality in business sale and private equity fundraising. For investors we provide our own propriatary direct lending opportunities to pan-Baltic businesses through our investment crowdfunding platform, as well as investments in our managed alternative investment funds. We also prepare regular analysis of the regional bond issues.
