Capital Layer is stablecoin infrastructure for the global AI supply chain. We coordinate custody, compliance, and settlement in one operations layer, so Asia's banks and the enterprises they serve can settle across borders under the bank's own license. The machines the world is building its AI on are made in Asia. The money for them is not settled here. A server that leaves Taiwan is paid through correspondent banks abroad, where the timing, the deductions, and the record are decided before the manufacturer's own bank sees the payment. Cross-border settlement across the region runs on fragmented banking, compliance, and currency systems, turning every transaction into a multi-day coordination problem. Digital Asset Stacks (DAS) is our digital asset operations platform, designed to be embedded within bank operations. DAS is built for both sides of the flow: banks connect their core systems through a single integration point, and the enterprises they serve run payables, receivables, and treasury on stablecoin rails. The AI supply chain is built across Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. We're starting with the high-value trade corridors between them, building the settlement infrastructure it runs on.
