Since our origins in 1987 we have strived to provide professional advice and service to our customers, collaboration with our suppliers and a great place to work for our staff. Whilst maintaining our historical agenda, Capital Innovation Insurance Group has continued to strongly pursue opportunities for growth – customers, capability, expertise and efficiency. By doing so we are confident that we are able to continue to build our brand and our offering. Our strategy, structure and people capability continues to be enhanced to reflect Capital Innovation Insurance Group’s increased scale, geographic spread, diversity and to best position the Group to achieve our aspirations and targets going forward. Capital Innovation Insurance Group adopts a holistic and collaborative approach in all aspects of our deliverables, service and engagement. Our Launceston office remains our head office location, with offices, capability and representation in Hobart, Smithton, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our Group Executive and Leadership Team of Ian Goninon – Chairman, Leigh Stalker – General Manager, Rodney Chivers, Steven Hill and Dave Stott draws on a wealth of insurance and management experience gained in various insurance, management and executive roles throughout Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland which is complimented by various insurance and academic qualifications. Capital Innovation Insurance Group employs over 35 staff.
