Capital Developers is a Class A licensed design–build firm based in Ashburn, Virginia, delivering engineering-driven construction for residential and commercial clients across the region. Founded by Bashir Ahmadi, PE—principal of Structurist Consulting Engineers—our company integrates structural expertise with hands-on construction to provide a higher level of quality control and technical oversight than traditional contractors. We design and build with precision. Our team specializes in additions, renovations, structural repairs, framing and foundation work, settlement correction, and load-bearing wall alterations. Every project benefits from engineering involvement from the start, reducing risk, minimizing change orders, and ensuring long-term performance. Through strong partnerships with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and surveyors, we streamline permitting and deliver coordinated design–build services. We also complete retail and restaurant fit-outs through licensed Class A CIC/CBC contracting partnerships while our own expanded licensing is being finalized. Our residential services include custom homes, major renovations, and full design–build planning. We combine structural engineering knowledge with practical construction experience to build homes that are safe, durable, and thoughtfully designed.
