We at Capital City Services have a great team to service our clients with every project, on every level. From our office and project management team, to our well-trained and certified superintendents and field staff, we have a very highly motivated, knowledgeable, and above all, customer oriented team. Capital City Services is accustomed to working all types of environments and site situations with the highest of standards. Our clients are our main focus on every project, no matter how large or small. We approach every project with the same attention to professionalism and determination. The president of Capital City Services has been in the construction field over forty years. He established and has run Capital City Services since 1978. He has been serving Virginia statewide ever since. He has a vast knowledge of all phases of construction. Capital City Services currently has five divisions. They include Industrial cleaning, Mechanical, Utilities, Industrial coatings, and Commercial Construction. He has hands on knowledge in each of these divisions. His current role is in field operations and estimating. He stays informed on all upcoming, current, and completed projects no matter if he is onsite, or in constant contact with project managers and superintendents handling those projects. Our financial officer has been involved with financial and operations management for over twenty years. Her experience includes auditing, collections, receivables, payables, payroll, marketing, and facility operations development. Her current responsibilities are administrative duties, billing, collections, cost management, financial reporting, marketing, accounts payables, payroll, and human resource management. Our lead superintendent has been in the construction field for 12 years. His back ground includes concrete and site work. He is skilled in most building applications and processes. His skills allow him to excel in our mechanical and utilities divisions. He is also one of our operators for our Microtraxx equipment. Our technicians are derived from a variety of industries such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, welding/fabrication and transportation.
