Capital Access Strategies assists private business owners access institutional capital. New capital might be used for for business expansion, which may be linked to longer term exit plans. It could also be part of strategies to remove all or part the owner's capital tied up in the business to fund personal, family, or philanthropic goals. Services inlude creation of strategies to facilitate such transactions with sources of private equity, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt cash flow bank loans, asset based bank loans, or combinations of these sources.
