With our in-house design group, we take our clients seamlessly through the process of designing and building motor yachts from inception to completion.

Edgewater Marine is a full service on the water marina, located on the east side of Castle Rock Lake, 10 miles north of 82 or 10 miles south of 21, on County Road Z, Friendship, WI. Edgewater Marine was founded in 1965 by Harold (Happy) Strand. Upon its conception the facility was comprised of a two car service garage with one long dock, one gas dock and twelve on the water pier slips. The service garage was converted into a residence in 1972 and a ground level concrete brick building was built to accommodate the service department where Happy worked on small outboard engines, chain saws and lawnmowers. In April 1977, Rick and Cindy Klein purchased the business and soon began making improvements, as the business grew. Rick put up a 40 x 60 two level storage building in 1978, a new showroom over the original concrete building in 1981, more work stations were added in 1988 and a large in-out rack storage building in 1990. Rick™s plans for further expansion will be carried on by his son Paul who joined in partnership with his mother after Rick™s passing in 2005. A new showroom and larger service facility are currently on the drawing table.
