CAPHENIA develops one of the most efficient technologies for producing syngas, an intermediate product for the production of renewable fuels. As a cleantech start-up headquartered in Bernau am Chiemsee, we specialize in our Power-and-Biogas-to-Liquid process, enabled by our patented 3-in-1 PBR Syngas-Reactor. Our technology delivers high efficiency, full selectivity, and industrial scalability. We convert renewable electricity, biomethane, and CO₂ into syngas, which can be used to produce renewable fuels, and other green molecules. With more than 25 research partners, 253 patents and our pilot plant Germany I in Frankfurt Hoechst entering operation by 2026, CAPHENIA is building one of the worlds most advanced platforms for renewable fuel production.
