We are home loan experts who's mission is to help people own homes. Capcubed was started by 3 former Executive Directors of MortgageSA (now Ooba). The 3 (Graham Paterson, Gavin Southwell and Herman Stals)were part of a 5 member Executive team that took MortgageSA from a start up Company in 1999 to winning the South African Top Non Listed Company Award in 2004. After leaving MortgageSA in 2008 the 3 friends, with their complimentary business skills (Systems, Sales and Finance), launched Capcubed in 2010. Under their leadership and strategy of employing passionate, professional and energetic people the company has been warmly received in the market and has grown rapidly with Offices in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Eastern Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal.
