CapCloud enables employability in a labour market that is becoming more and more dynamic. The online learning environment based on digital portfolios provides an integrated platform for personnel, employers and training providers, all within their own area of responsibility, now and in the future. The CapCloud vision on learning and development is derived from the 70-20-10 philosophy. This philosophy assumes that only 10% of the learning takes place in a "classroom" and 20% through direct colleagues and supervisors (social learning). 70% of the learning takes place on the job, and during new assignments and special projects.
