The 2019 financial crisis made the consequences of this information void catastrophic. Banks collapsed without adequate risk data. NGOs designed programs without demographic baselines. Entrepreneurs raised money on guesswork. Policymakers legislated in the dark. We decided to build what Lebanon was missing. Not a think tank, not a consultancy — a data company.
