Capacity Plus Group is a registered NDIS provider able to provide a range of supports to plan, self and agency managed participants. We support clients to achieve their Social and Community Participation Goals, Employment Goals and Life Skills Goals while also providing quality In-Home support and Transport services. We spend a lot of time getting to understand the needs, wants and short term/long term goals of each participant. All participants have an individualised plan that is communicated to all relevant staff members and reviewed regularly by participants and their wider support team.
