We offer programs for capacity building, resiliency training, recovery fitness/bodywork, and private coaching, and the programs can vary and adapt to the disaster scenarios presenting at the time of the incident or stage of recovery. We train in fundamental concepts of dealing with psychological and physiological trauma, short term crisis counseling, post-disaster damage control, trauma-informed-care exercises for personal recovery, and advise on the community resources available to support ongoing wellness and thriving.
