The CAPA EEIG (CARDNO & PARTICIP) is leading the CAPA consortium for the Framework contract: Services for Implementation of External Aid (SIEA) LOT 1 - Sustainable management of natural resources and resilience The CAPA-led consortium, an integration and expansion of the last FWC Beneficiaries (BENEF) Lot 1 Cardno-led consortium and the BENEF Lot 6 Particip-led consortium. This joining of forces mirrors the fact that FWC SIEA Lot 1 combines the sectors in BENEF Lots 1 and 6. CAPA brings together two top-performing FWC leaders with established and proven systems of FWC management.
