Canvas3 is a social impact consultancy. We address workforce capability and system reform through a holistic approach, recognising the role of community and social responsibility in shaping culture and purpose. Our focus areas include the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and diversity sectors, particularly across the key social determinants of health, justice and education. Selena King has worked in the professional recruitment services industry for the past ten years, following on from a career in the criminal justice sector. She is a passionate advocate for Indigenous reform, and for changing the way we address Youth and crime. As a design thinking innovator, Patrick Albina specialises in complex problems and works with organisations to address persistent issues, using a range of innovative approaches that disrupt conventional patterns of thinking to achieve better outcomes. The combination of deep sector knowledge and design thinking delivers a shared understanding that is greater than the sum of its parts. This reveals tangible opportunities and solutions that would otherwise be obscured.
