Cantillon is an exclusive community of accomplished business owners and operators throughout the Greater Seattle region who believe better businesses are built through trusted relationships, honest conversations, and the shared experience. We exist to help business leaders gain perspective, challenge their thinking, and make stronger decisions with greater confidence. Our members represent a wide range of industries, yet they share many of the same realities: leading people, managing growth, navigating uncertainty, solving complex problems, and carrying the weight of responsibility that comes with ownership. Cantillon offers two primary ways to engage: CEO Events bring together business owners for thoughtfully curated evenings of meaningful conversation, expert insights, and genuine relationship building. Guests enjoy exceptional food, local award-winning wines, and the opportunity to connect with accomplished leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities of building a business. CEO Mastermind Groups are intentionally small, confidential peer advisory groups of up to nine experienced owners and operators. Members meet monthly to serve as one another's trusted sounding board—sharing perspectives, challenging assumptions, offering accountability, and helping one another navigate important business and leadership decisions. Every Cantillon group is built on a foundation of confidentiality, generosity, transparency, vulnerability, and accountability. These principles create an environment where business owners can speak candidly, think more strategically, and grow alongside peers who genuinely want to see one another succeed. Our mission is simple: to help business owners build stronger companies, become better leaders, and create lasting impact—together.
