CannaRations, LLC Consulting was founded by Gretchen McCarthy in late 2022 with the sole purpose to assist businesses that are looking to open a medical or recreational cannabis dispensary from inception to grand opening and beyond once operational. Back in 2010 she opened one of the first medical dispensaries on the East Coast in Downeast Maine, then a few years later established a medical dispensary business in Bellmawr, NJ which has now become the largest MSO with the highest revenue in the country. Most recently she opened the first recreational dispensary in the historic Back Bay area of Boston, MA. With over 12 years of industry experience and 60+ stores opened across 12 states, from small to large operations, she has navigated every obstacle throughout the entire process which will allow you to avoid pitfalls and get to the market quickly.
