As an Industrial chocolatier, we use Belgian and Italian couverture chocolates to create panned, moulded and bar products. We are the exclusive agency of Domori and their associated beverage brands in Oceania. As confectionery distributor we supply Darrell Lea, Nestle, Mondelez, Ferrero, Lindt, Stuart Alexander to the route trade. Our foodservice arm specialises in chocolate. We supply a wide range of chocolate brands such as Domori, Valrhona, Michel Cluizel, Callebaut, Cadbury, Nestle and Lindt. Additionally, our business uses our CO2 lasers machines and UV printers to design and manufacture personalised event and home decorations.
