Candidate Connect is a Cape Town-based, founder-led executive search firm focused on senior leadership and executive appointments. Established in 2000, Candidate Connect has partnered with South African businesses for more than 25 years. Today, our work is centred on CEO, C-Suite, Exco and senior leadership mandates where talent is scarce, discretion matters and hiring decisions carry material business impact. Our approach is hands-on, research-led and built around full process continuity. The same senior consultant remains closely involved from briefing through talent mapping, candidate engagement, shortlist management and appointment - ensuring mandate context, client priorities and key nuances are carried through the full search.
