Holistic Horizons is a registered NDIS and Aged Care provider, committed to supporting both your health and wellbeing! We are a family run business dedicated to delivering the support for people with disability and in-home support for aged care across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. With our head office being based at Kippa-Ring and Respite Centres located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
