Established in 1997, Tacos y Mas comprised of just one item on the menu - beef tacos. Armed with a makeshift tent and a portable grill, Tacos Y Mas had its humble beginning in front of a grocery store in Dallas, Texas. Since those early days, Tacos Y Mas has evolved into a fast-casual Mexican dining concept with several locations in the Dallas area. Founder M.
