The Canadian Space Technology Advancement Group's objective is to inspire students from around the globe to challenge the frontier of space technology through the facilitation of educational activities. Group activities are organized and operated by volunteers. Currently CSTAG hosts the Canadian International Rover Challenge. This event is open to post-secondary students from all around the world. After the first small event in 2017 the event has grown substantially as it heads into the third event in Drumheller, AB. from August 9-12, 2019. CSTAG is a Canadian federally incorporated not-for-profit organization based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
