The company manages approximately 2,500 apartments, 150,000 SF of commercial office space and 300 pads in manufactured home parks.
Keystone maintains a fulltime staff of approximately seventy five (75) including administrative and maintenance staff. We do our own painting, cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, carpeting and maintenance service. Our professional maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
