Under the leadership of our Head Coach - Cameron Hughes, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, energetic and friendly training and learning environment. Indoor training Our indoor training is conducted using the latest CompuTrainer technology on your bike with the choice of coached or independent sessions to help you achieve your goals. CompuTrainer sessions provide the cyclist a safe training environment while improving strength, power, speed, endurance and cadence. Outdoor training If you prefer the wind in your hair and the sun on your face then our coached outdoor sessions are just for you. Leaving our West End centre Tuesday – Sunday we have a variety of options to suit Beginner through to Advanced cyclists. Memberships can be Indoor and/or Outdoor the choice is yours!
