Campfire Information

Campfire provides support to people struggling with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, job stress, loneliness, overeating, separation, domestic pressure. Campfire a secure, accessible and affordable alternative to therapy in a professionally moderated group environment. Our experienced moderators work with small groups of 8 people on a weekly basis to help them experience their lives in the best way possible. Our groups have proven effective and indispensable in helping people share, talk and listen to others in a safe and anonymous online environment. Before launching as Campfire, our moderators have been running hundreds of hours of support groups throughout 2020 and 2021, helping people to cope with the pressures that we have all been experiencing during these tough times.
