Camp Lightbulb Information

Camp Lightbulb is one of the longest-running nonprofit camps for LGBTQ+ youth anywhere. Our mission is to celebrate LGBTQ+ youth with magical summer camp experiences filled with fun, pride, community, friends, support, self-discovery, and memories to last a lifetime. Campers, aged 14 to 18, come from across the US and identify along the full LGBTQ+ spectrum. Our fully vetted staff is representative of the youth we serve. We host camps in Provincetown, New York City, and Los Angeles, each with vibrant and inclusive LGBTQ+ communities, allowing us to create happy and safe spaces where our campers are connected, inspired, and celebrated. This year we cannot have physical camps, but we won’t let that stop our mission. We are creating all the fun online with weekly Virtual Camps that will continue throughout the fall. Camp Lightbulb campers come from across the US and identify along the full LGBTQ+ spectrum, and our fully vetted staff is representative of the youth we serve.
