For 40 years, Camp Sunshine has provided hope, joy and community through unique experiences for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. At our pristine campus on Sebago Lake in Maine, more than 60,000 children, siblings, parents, and caregivers from all 50 states and 27 countries have come together for fun-filled, year-round sessions with families just like theirs. And, thanks to the incredible support of donors and volunteers, our programs are 100% free. Since 1901, Camp Jewell YMCA has facilitated the building of lasting and meaningful relationships between campers, families, guests, staff, and members of our camp community. Camp Jewell hosts over 20,000 visitors each year who enjoy our beautiful 540 acres, friendly staff, and innovative programs. During the summer, over 1500 campers and 180 staff come together to form a vibrant camp community. In the Fall, Winter, and Spring, Outdoor Center guests come to enjoy camp in our conference, teambuilding, outdoor education and family camp programs. All of our programs strive to foster an appreciation for each other through our YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Camp Kinneret is an experience that words cannot adequately describe. Our focus on relationships and providing children with opportunities to learn, grow and discover themselves is at the heart of the Camp Kinneret philosophy. Our attitude and approach to everything we do at camp focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment in which kids can be themselves without fear of judgment and in which each child belongs. Our child centered philosophy creates a supportive atmosphere where campers develop skills and values to last a lifetime. We call it a child centered program, the campers call it the best summer ever!
