CambridgeshireHomeCare has been providing home care in north Cambridgeshire for the past 12 years in Peterborough, South Lincolnshire, the Cambridgeshire Fens, and East Northamptonshire (Oundle area). We also have a service office near Ramsey Cambridgeshire to provide local support facilities to staff and service users. Our sister company, SuffolkHomeCare provides similar services in West Suffolk and has been operating since 2002. We will meet with you in your own home to agree exactly what you require, and your own dedicated Customer Care Supervisor will confirm this in a written contract. We will then provide the first care call free of charge (up to one hour), and your Customer Care Supervisor will then contact you, to discuss if the service we are providing, really suits your needs and put in place any alterations you may wish to make. You will keep your Customer care supervisor as your main contact to ensure you can talk candidly and in confidence about any aspects of the service you receive, and have the confidence that this person will ensure any problems are addressed and resolved with the minimum distress and disruption to yourself.
