Cambridge University Students' Union (CUSU) is the university-wide central representative body for 21,000+ students at the University of Cambridge and the Colleges. CUSU is a federal body made up of individual college students' unions. The aims of the Students’ Union are to support and advance the educational, social and cultural experience of its members, alongside supporting the welfare of its members, promoting equal opportunities within the University, and encouraging equal access to Cambridge for applicants, both through schemes aimed at those from non-traditional backgrounds and our representational work in the University. CUSU is a registered charity. The Union is a creative and dynamic student-led organisation working to support, represent and campaign on behalf of students at the University of Cambridge in order to improve every aspect of students' experiences at the institution; our staff are key enablers to the work of the union on behalf of CUSU's membership community. Our Strategic Plan 2014-17 promotes a lasting vision of a Cambridge built for every student: the Union operates as a strong student-led advocate for equality and inclusivity at an historic institution with a global impact. For more information, visit us at cusu.co.uk. Those joining our team will see we want to achieve a lot at CUSU. The atmosphere at CUSU is friendly and informal, and the personality of our organisation incorporates energy, ambition and a dedication to equality. If you enjoy working for and amongst students of any age, you will enjoy working for CUSU.
