Location: Kresevo, BiH (distance from capital city Sarajevo and international airport 30 km), Location size: 6.500 m2, Facilities on the location 4.000 m2 Primary production: Production of flexible polyurethane foam, high resillium foam, memory(viscoelastic) foam from 50 kg/m3 to 100 kg/m3, and regenerated foam 80 kg/m3 -Optimum capacity of PU foam production 800.000 kg per year working in one shift -Optimum capacity of memory foam production 400.000-500.000 kg per year working in one shift Secondary production: foam processing and production of mattresses, (anatomic) pillows and medical products for orthopedic treatments - Optimum capacity of mattress production: 200-500 mattresses per day, depending on the type of mattress Technology: Foam processing: - horizontal cutting - vertical cutting - two-dimensional CNC cutting - foam peeling Mattresses production : - CNC device for quilting (preparation of materials for mattress cover) - 12 heads CNC embroidery device - vacuum packaging Quality control is maintained and guaranteed by ISO standards (ISO 9001:2008 - ISO 14001:2004 - OHSAS 18001:2007) Complete production of our products are in-house!
