CalMutuals is a nonprofit membership association representing more than 600 water systems across California — and growing. Founded in 2013, we’ve built a statewide coalition rooted in a simple idea: larger mutual water companies uniting to support smaller ones, creating a template for water suppliers of all types. Our members are nonprofit water systems serving the communities where California lives — including rural, remote, and economically strained areas that larger utilities don’t reach.
